Diatomaceous Earth powder (DE)- 2.5 lbs. all natural food grade- 84% Silica which when in the bloodstream, allows for increased absorption of the other things you are taking.

DOSAGE

Dosage should be based on body weight; a 200 lb. person will need approximately twice as much of a supplement as a 100 lb. person.  The directions below are primarily from the manufacturer(s) for the average 150-160 lb. man or woman.

Suggested use:  Morning – 1 Heaping teaspoon in 10-12 ounces of water.  As your optimal water intake (1 oz per every 2 lbs of body weight) increase the D.E. to a heaping tablespoon.
