As you may be aware, natural health products sold in Canada are subject to the Natural Health Products Regulations. The regulations require that nutritional supplements and similar products are registered with Health Canada and receive an NPN, also known as a natural product number.
While we still ship to Canada, not all of the packages make it to the customer for various reasons. Crown Wellness is in the process of applying for a NPN number, and will continue to try and get our products to you!
- International shipments are considered complex orders, and take an average of a week to properly process and mail out to our customers. Please be patient and check your tracking numbers at usps.com prior to calling.
